Your site runs on ads, but goes nowhere in search. We build an analytical SEO system for your site and give you 3–5 top‑priority tasks every week, each with step‑by‑step instructions. Your own person carries them out — even a junior.

The cost of standing still

Every week without SEO is a lost week

Authority in Google builds up over months and can't be bought retroactively. You can switch ads on tomorrow — you can't switch on search engines' trust. Every month nobody runs SEO on the site is a month you'll have to make up for later.

One cell is one week. Hatched — we're building the system. Filled — the 3–5 most important SEO tasks got done on the site that week.

This isn't a replacement for an SEO team. It's a way not to lose months while you don't have one.

Who it’s for

Who Always‑On SEO is a fit for

01

Your site already runs on ads

The site is set up and getting paid traffic, but nobody handles SEO. Turn the ads off — the leads disappear.

02

The site is getting ready to launch

The site is being polished before ads go live, and SEO is left for “later.” Later usually never comes.

03

SEO exists, but there's no order to it

Someone on the team is “doing SEO,” but tasks have no priorities: lots of time and resources go in, and the result is unclear.

This won't work for you if

You don't have anyone to make changes on the site — then you need Turnkey SEO. Or if you need results within a month, that's a job for advertising, not SEO.

About the format

What Always‑On SEO is

This is an analytical SEO system built for your site. A 96‑point technical audit, analysis of your customer, competitors and market, Google Search Console and Google Analytics data — all brought together into one AI‑based system.

Every week it shows what's worth doing on the site right now, and what can wait. The system is run by an SEO strategist. On your site, the system doesn't change anything by itself.

What it isn't

  • Not a replacement for an SEO‑team, and not “turnkey SEO”
  • Not an autopilot that writes and publishes content on its own
  • Not a guarantee of rankings — honestly, no one can give you that

This is the foundation your team and your ads will later stand on.

Process

How Always‑On SEO works

Setup · one‑off
01

Measurement

First we set up conversion tracking in analytics. Without it you only see traffic, and there's no way to tell whether SEO is bringing in leads.

Result

In Google Analytics you can see how many leads come in, and from where.

02

Analysis

A technical SEO audit of the site, a profile of your ideal customer, competitors, the market, and current search data.

Result

The full picture — what's holding the site back, where the demand is, and who's currently capturing it.

03

System and strategy

We build an analytical system for your site and use it to shape a strategy: where to move and in what order. It’s the same logic as our digital strategy, just focused on search.

Result

A strategy and a prioritized task backlog.

Ongoing · monthly
04

The weekly cycle

Data → 3–5 priority tasks with step‑by‑step instructions → carried out by your person → checked. Once a month — a report and adjustments.

Result

The site gets stronger in search every week, and you see exactly what got done.

The result for you

What you get

One-off

  • Lead tracking set up
  • A technical audit with priorities
  • Customer, competitor and market analysis
  • An SEO strategy and task backlog

Weekly

3–5 tasks selected from your site's data

Start of the week

A data pulse and tasks for the week: what to do, how long it takes, how to check it’s done

During the week

Step‑by‑step instructions with ready‑made AI prompts. Answers to the questions of the person doing the work

End of the week

Checking what was done and a log: done, not done, what changed

Monthly

  • A report: what got done and what changed in search and leads
  • Adjustments to the system and priorities
  • A plan for the next month
What this actually looks like

Example: decisions from the first weeks

Any AI chat can explain how to set up a redirect. The harder part is deciding what to do first and what not to do at all. For that you need to see the data from your specific site. Below are five decisions from a real project — the online school from the case study.

Decision 01

Stop the news articles

What the system sawOverall impressions are growing, but almost all of that growth comes from industry news articles. The cluster around the school's core profession: about 2,450 impressions and zero clicks. One of the main course pages sits on page four of search results.

What we decidedNo new news article. Every next topic — only after checking search volume, and only if it links to a course page. We don't count overall traffic as success: the report has separate lines for clicks to course pages and leads.

Decision 02

Don't write a ninth article — bundle the eight you have

What the system sawEight articles on one topic have about 1,200 impressions combined. The course page on that same topic — one impression.

What we decidedZero new content. A hub page pulls the cluster together and passes weight to the course.

Decision 03

The snippet comes before everything else

What the system sawOne specialization page sits at position 6.5 with a 0% CTR.

What we decidedRewrite the title and description before any other work on the page: it's half an hour and the cheapest lever on the site. Moving it from position six into the top 3 won't happen without external links — that's a separate stage two months out.

Decision 04

Check the index every week

What the system sawThree of the eight cluster articles had dropped out of Google's index, even though they used to get impressions. A link from a page outside the index passes no weight — meaning part of the planned internal linking wouldn't have worked.

What we decidedWe add the links, then immediately manually resubmit the dropped pages for recrawling. We check index status weekly, not once a month.

Decision 05

Not every page is worth saving

What the system sawGoogle skipped one of the course pages and refused to index it.

What we decidedOne attempt to rework it. If that doesn't work — we noindex it and route people to the specialization modules instead.

What we deliberately don't do in the first week

New content · site speed · external links · a page for corporate clients · markup for AI search

All of it is in the twelve‑week plan. But the person doing the work has 3–5 hours a week, and those hours go where the payoff is biggest.

The one hard requirement

You need someone who implements changes

We say this upfront, before any payment.

Who

A junior, a marketer, a developer, or you yourself

No SEO knowledge required

How much time

3–5 hours a week

That's how long 3–5 tasks with instructions take

Access

Search Console, Analytics, the admin panel

On our side

Step-by-step instructions and a strategist on call

Without someone to implement, the system just produces priorities that nobody acts on — and there's no result.

Case file · online Data Science school, Ukraine

Strategy plus an AI‑assisted implementer. No SEO team.

In April 2026 the school got an SEO strategy and a list of technical tasks from us. The founder implemented them himself, with the help of AI. About a third has been done.

What happened next without oversight

Growth went into informational articles, not course pages. Around a third of the site's pages ended up outside the index. One product page was completely unknown to Google.

The first week the system was running

All of this was found and prioritized. The product page entered the index within a day of submission.

From September 2026 we're moving to systematic work: weekly priority tasks carried out by the founder. We'll be glad to share even bigger results later on.

Client under NDA.

Takeaway from the case

The system sees the data. Where to take the site — a person decides.

01

AI gives you volume, not direction

The school was generating dozens of articles on its own. Impressions grew, while the pages that actually sell courses stayed far past page one of search.

02

Someone has to say “no”

The implementer has 3–5 hours a week. The strategist cuts out everything that doesn't lead to leads, so that time goes to what matters most.

03

The picture changes every week

Pages drop out of the index, competitors move, Google changes the results. The system tracks that; what to do about it is the strategist's call.

That's why Always-On SEO — is a system plus the SEO strategist who runs it. One doesn't work without the other. More on why standalone tools without a system don't deliver results — in the article “The Ecosystem Around Your Site: Why SEO Alone Doesn't Work” (article in Ukrainian).

Who runs the system

Iryna Lehusha, SEO strategist at Be Visible
I've spent eight years in SEO, and I've seen the same picture play out dozens of times: the site is built, the ads are running, and search just sits there — because there's no budget for a team, and “later” never comes. I built Always-On SEO for businesses exactly like that. I build the system, I set the priorities every week, and your person does the work that actually moves the site.

Questions and answers

How is Always-On SEO different from regular SEO promotion?
In who does the work. With turnkey SEO, the agency team does everything: copy, links, technical fixes. With Always-On SEO, we build the system, set the priorities and check the results, while your own person makes the changes on the site. That's why the monthly fee is nearly three times lower.
Who can be the implementer, and how much time does it take?
Anyone who has access to the site's admin panel and 3–5 hours a week: a junior, a marketer, a developer, or the owner. Every task comes with step-by-step instructions and, where needed, a ready-made AI prompt. If something's unclear, the SEO strategist is available.
We don't have anyone who could make changes. What should we do?
Then Always-On SEO isn't for you — and it's better to know that before paying. Take a look at Turnkey SEO: our team handles everything there.
When can we expect results?
SEO isn't advertising. The first shifts show up in 1–3 months, a noticeable effect in 3–6, steady growth from 6 months on. The pace depends directly on whether the weekly tasks actually get done.
Do you guarantee Google rankings?
No. Honestly, nobody can guarantee rankings: they depend on competitors, algorithms, and how well tasks get done on your side. What we guarantee is the process: the system, the strategy, weekly priorities, review and reporting.
What is the "system," and where does it run?
It's a set of AI-based analytical tools connected to your site's data: Google Search Console, Google Analytics, audit results, competitor analysis. It runs on our infrastructure. On your site, it doesn't change anything by itself — it just shows what's worth doing.
What stays with us if we stop the ongoing support?
The strategy, audit, task backlog and all reports stay with you. The system itself stops along with the support.
We already run ads. Why do we need SEO too?
Ads stop the moment the budget does; SEO keeps working. On top of that, a site with a strong SEO foundation makes the ads themselves cheaper: better pages, higher conversion, lower cost per lead. Always-On SEO lets you build that foundation in parallel, without waiting for budget for a team.
Does this work for a brand-new site?
Yes. For a site that's just getting ready to launch, it's actually simpler: it's cheaper to avoid mistakes than to fix them later. Measurement, structure and the technical foundation get set up from day one.
